From sketch to polish, our family of jewellers, designers, and goldsmiths handle every step in-house to ensure quality, precision, and a truly personal experience.
Step 1: Inspiration and Planning
Every meaningful piece starts with an idea. Before your consultation, think about your style, budget, and any special occasion or timeline you may have in mind. You’re welcome to bring photos, sketches, or even sentimental heirlooms to spark inspiration — but don’t worry if you’re not sure where to start. Our team is here to guide you every step of the way.
We’re proud to offer sustainable options, including reusing your existing metals or gemstones, or trading them in toward your new creation.
Step 2: Design Consultation
During your one-on-one consultation, we’ll sit down with you to bring your vision to life. Together, we’ll discuss design details such as the shape, setting, materials and stone placement. If needed, our designer will create an initial sketch so you can see your concept take shape. Whether we’re using your own heirloom stones or sourcing new gems from our trusted suppliers, we’ll help you find the perfect match for your design, quality preferences, and budget.At this stage, ideas can evolve — this is where creativity truly shines. We’ll also provide an estimated timeline and discuss next steps.
Step 3: Digital 3D Design
Our in-house 3D designers will create a precise digital rendering (CAD) of your piece, allowing you to view every angle and detail before production. You’ll have an opportunity to make any adjustments to ensure it’s exactly as you imagined. By the end of this phase, we’ll provide a detailed quote and production schedule for your approval.
Step 4: Creation
This is where artistry meets craftsmanship. Once your design is approved, our team will print a wax model, cast it in your chosen metal, and meticulously hand-set your stones (if any). Every curve, polish, and finish is completed in our warehouse by our skilled goldsmiths — ensuring your piece meets the highest standards of quality and beauty.
Step 5: Final Product
When your custom creation is complete, we’ll contact you for pickup or arrange secure, insured shipping anywhere in Canada or the USA. From concept to completion, your jewellery has been crafted entirely in-house — made with care, precision, and a touch of family pride.
